FAQ
Where do you practice?
I am licensed in Oregon (#3084) and offer telehealth visits only over a secure HIPAA-compliant platform.

Do you take insurance?
Yes. I am now able to bill and am in-network with Moda Health. I am also working to get credentialed with other insurance companies at this time. For out-of-network coverage, I can provide you with a monthly superbill (an itemized receipt) that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Coverage varies by plan, so I encourage you to check with your insurance provider about whether they reimburse for out-of-network mental health services.

What are your rates?
Sessions are $250 for a standard 50-minute appointment. Payment is collected at the time of service, and I accept electronic payment methods.

Do you offer a sliding scale?
I do not offer a sliding scale. Part of my commitment to accessibility is my continued work at OHSU, where I provide care to residents, fellows, and faculty and contribute to systemic efforts toward wellness and burnout prevention. In private practice, my focus is on providing highly individualized care.

Can I use my FSA or HSA to pay for therapy?
Yes. Psychotherapy with a licensed psychologist is typically an eligible expense for both FSA (Flexible Spending Accounts) and HSA (Health Savings Accounts). You can use these funds to pay for sessions directly. I can provide detailed receipts or superbills if your plan requires documentation. Since requirements vary, I recommend confirming with your plan administrator for specifics.

Do you work with children, couples, or families?
My practice is focused on working with individual adults.
