FAQ
Where do you practice?
I am licensed in Oregon (#3084) and offer telehealth visits only over a secure HIPAA-compliant platform.
Do you take insurance?
Yes. I am currently in-network with Moda Health and Providence Health Plans and can bill them directly for my services. I am working to become credentialed with additional insurance plans as well.
What is your self-pay rate?
Sessions are $250 for a standard 53-minute appointment. Payment is collected at the time of service, and I accept electronic payment methods.
Do you offer a sliding scale?
I do not offer a sliding scale. My commitment to accessible care continues through my work at OHSU, where I provide services within a system designed to increase access to mental health care. My private practice is intentionally kept small so that I can focus on depth oriented, individualized work with each client.
Can I use my FSA or HSA to pay for therapy?
Yes. Psychotherapy with a licensed psychologist is typically an eligible expense for both FSA (Flexible Spending Accounts) and HSA (Health Savings Accounts). You can use these funds to pay for sessions directly. I can provide detailed receipts or superbills if your plan requires documentation. Since requirements vary, I recommend confirming with your plan administrator for specifics.
Do you work with children, couples, or families?
My practice is focused on working with individual adults.
